Coronavirus Fragments 10: Male Testicular Damage, Male Infertility, Male Vulnerability

#Wuhan #coronavirus damages men's fertility, shown by China's TongJi Hospital. Human race in danger! (14 March 2020). Video Source: Youtube. See also Bitchute.

On 12 March 2020, a government Website of China's Hubei province noted that nCov - aka SARSCov2 - damages male fertility via ACE2 receptors in the testes. The virus enters human cells through a spike protein and ACE2 receptor enzymes. The report was later removed from the Website; the report was based on observations and initial research by Professor Li Yu-Feng and Yao Yangcheng  at Tongji Hospital and Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan. The virus can even make men infertile. If this information is correct, it is catastrophic, because some estimates expect 70 per cent of the human race to become infected.

This is not a flu that 80 per cent of people will barely notice. According to Dr. Yao's and Professor Li's commentary, the testes have more ACE2 receptors than the lungs. This may mean that a man can have the virus and he will experience no more than cold-like symptoms, or even no respiratory symptoms; meanwhile, the virus will have damaged his testes and sperm.

Please share this post with men you know and encourage them to take every possible precaution against infection. The original Chinese scientific report is here and is archived here. Note that this is not a peer-reviewed research article and so it is difficult to say how accurate or generally applicable this information may be. Yao and Li state that this is a hypothesis. The section below was auto-translated from their comment; please translate this material independently and do your own research:
"no research has confirmed whether neocoronavirus infection damages the testes and affects male fertility, neocoronavirus is highly similar to SARS virus, and its infection invading cell receptor is the same, namely ACE2. Although no SARS virus has been detected in the testes, SARS infection can still cause severe immune damage to the testes, cause orchitis, and cause extensive destruction of reproductive-related cells.

Therefore, it is theoretically speculated that new corona infection may cause testicular damage, affecting sperm production and androgen synthesis. Obstructed sperm production will affect male fertility, and severe cases may cause male infertility; androgen deficiency may affect male secondary sexual characteristics and sexual function, and reduce quality of life."
The vlogger, Insider Info, refers below to the virus as 'the particle' and to a 'language lesson' in an effort to evade Youtube's artificial intelligence censors, which are throttling traffic and erasing any independent discussion on this topic. His English translation of the original Chinese commentary is below.

ADDENDUM (21 March 2020): Male deaths are also higher in all age ranges.

ADDENDUM (24 March 2020): Loss of sense of smell can be a symptom of COVID19. Men are much more likely (70% in one sample of 196 patients) than women (30%) to need intensive care for COVID19 infection. Higher Body Mass Index also worsens effects of COVID19. Also, nCov negatively affects male hormones.

Coronavirus Fragments 9: Canadian Updates

University of Saskatchewan announced it has a coronavirus vaccine in testing as of 12 March 2020: "U of S researchers Darryl Falzarano; Robert Brownlie; Volker Gerdts and Qiang Liu are working on a vaccine for a deadly new coronavirus originating from Wuhan province in China." The Canadian government is slowly looking to the WHO, USA and UK for cues on how to respond to the nova coronavirus pandemic. As a result, Canadian officials seem incapable of making decisions on their own. On 12 March 2020, Prime Minister Trudeau began self-isolating procedures after his wife was tested for COVID19 due to fever. She began showing symptoms on the evening of 11 March 2020, after a trip to the UK.

Incidentally, in the UK, PM Boris Johnson's "maverick" solution is to let the virus run freely through the population until the Brits develop herd immunity. The effects of that maverick solution now extend to the Canadian government.

In Canada, health care falls under provincial jurisdictions, but travel is a federal jurisdiction. Testing for COVID19 has been restricted only to people with a travel history from recognized major outbreak regions and does not account for areas where there are outbreaks which have been concealed by local governments.

WARNING: If This Happens... Its Game On (4 March 2020). Video Source: Youtube.

Despite the fact that travel history as a testing criterion implies explicit recognition of trouble abroad, the Canadian government has allowed international air travel to continue, with no restrictions. As of 4 March 2020, the government only advised against non-essential travel to China, Italy, Iran, or to practice special precautions in South Korea, and Japan. On 12 March 2020, the federal government refused to bar travelers from any country at national borders. This is incredible folly. The burden of that bad federal travel policy will fall on the provincial health care systems. In the summary below, you will notice again and again the tension between this federal policy on travel and provincial and local officials who are trying to offset the damage caused by that federal policy.

The federal government left the decision to halt flights to individual airlines; of course, these are private companies, which maintained flights as long as possible. Air Canada ran flights to and from Italy until 10 March 2020, before finally suspending them.

With the Canadian PM missing in action and travelers moving around unimpeded, it is up to provinces, municipalities, and individuals to respond to this pandemic. As I noted in previous posts (here and here), I saw my own local Canadian hospital and area south of Ottawa recently taking no precautions, despite my area being the site of the Diamond Princess quarantine.

Canadians have been complacent about self-protection because the government has not informed the public of new Chinese research that you can catch the virus from a distance of 4.5 metres (14.7 feet). At the time of writing this post (3 p.m. Eastern on 12 March 2020), the Canadian government still stated that 2 metres was the recommended isolation distance. They also have not published the fact that nCov can present as a form of conjunctivitis, or a 'pink eye' eye infection.

Canadian vlogger Frank Vaughan was extremely critical of the shambles federal authorities have created:
"The only protection we have now is the individual. ... The time for preparation is long past. Now all you can do is react."
As cases multiply in Toronto and British Columbia, Ottawa has a case of COVID19 today, a traveler from Austria. In Ontario, see also: Halton Region; Hamilton; Waterloo; Simcoe Muskoka district. On 12 March 2020, Ontario closed all public schools for two weeks. Yet on the same day, the premier Doug Ford encouraged families to travel and enjoy March Break.

In British Columbia, there are 46 official cases with 1 death: North Vancouver and Vancouver Island; 22 cases in the Vancouver Coastal Health region; 22 cases in the Fraser Health region; 1 case in the Interior Health region; 1 in the Island Health region. The 6 March 2020 Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver had over 14,000 attendees and one of the attendees has tested positive for COVID19.

Alberta Health has a proactive stance; those with symptoms can call 811 and the provincial government will send a tester directly to your home. Many events in Edmonton are canceled. In Edmonton, Misericordia Community Hospital was exposed to a positive COVID19 case on 6-7 March 2020. In Calgary, the business community is still on a learning curve, despite COVID19 cases turning up at businesses. In Red Deer, a well-known doctor is closing his GP practice and there is 1 case in Alberta's Central Health zone.

On 12 March 2020, Saskatchewan triumphantly announced - via its Level 3 bioresearch lab at the University of Saskatchewan - that it has Canada's first coronavirus vaccine in testing. Four firefighters in Saskatoon are in quarantine after coming into contact with a potential COVID19 patient. That patient was likely Saskatchewan's first case, announced in Saskatoon on 12 March 2020; the patient is a traveler from Egypt.

In Manitoba, Winnipeg has a confirmed case, a woman in her 40s who traveled to the Philippines. There is a rumoured COVID19 risk at a fire station: Transcona Fire Paramedic Service Station Number 21 at 1446 Regent Avenue West.

Go to the following links for Quebec. Several Quebec schools - including private schools - will close on 13 March 2020 to prevent the spread of nCov. All gatherings of over 250 people are banned. Sporting events will be held in closed arenas, without fans in attendance; this is a grey area, however, and some sporting events are still being held publicly. Anyone who has traveled abroad is asked to self-quarantine for a fortnight. McGill University confirmed its first COVID19 case on 12 March 2020.

All the maritime provinces will have students returning to school as normal following the March Break. There are no cases listed yet in PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, or the three territories. Arctic governments have limited health facilities and COVID19 will be a challenge for them.

Nova Scotia has no official cases, but people are skeptical about that; universities, churches and hospitals are taking anti-coronavirus precautions. As in New Brunswick, not all Nova Scotians are registered with a family doctor due to shortages and backlogs. On 10 March 2020, the province opened COVID19 assessment centres; people with symptoms should dial 811. Centre locations are listed here.

New Brunswick declared its first presumptive case on 11 March 2020, and held a press conference on 12 March about its plans. Education Minister Dominic Cardy was criticized by provincial medical officials on 9 March, because he insisted in a memo that anyone who attends or works at a New Brunswick school and who has returned from international travel after 8 March must self-isolate for a fortnight.

Coronavirus Fragments 8: Ontario, Canada

CORONAVIRUS CASE IN TORONTO, CANADA (8 March 2020). Video Source: Bitchute.

Here is an update regarding Ontario, Canada. This post follows up on an earlier post from 4 March 2020, in which I described the Canadian Diamond Princess evacuees who were sent to Cornwall. Those evacuees had had only a fortnight of real quarantine; their preceding two weeks on the Diamond Princess do not count, since the ship was essentially a giant coronavirus incubator. They were released last Friday, 6 March 2020, and were sent by bus to Canada's three major eastern cities, without the group being completely tested. Military personnel and medics who accompanied the evacuees from Japan were released early and did not endure even one fortnight period of quarantine. Red Cross volunteers who helped the evacuees in a Cornwall refugee facility were not quarantined or tested. Thus, everyone who was involved in the Cornwall quarantine is now mixing, unprotected, with the populations of the Ottawa Valley, Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.

The video below describes three possible, but unconfirmed, COVID19 cases 60-90 minutes' drive west of Cornwall in Smiths Falls and Brockville. All three calls came to the 911 emergency dispatcher early on 8 March 2020. One call came from Brockville's jail.

The other two calls were a few minutes' drive from each other, one at a care facility for people with mental health issues (Shardon Manor) and one at a care facility for the elderly and for people with disabilities (Rosebridge Manor).

In 2009, Shardon Manor's parent institution, the Rideau Regional Centre, closed after 58 years in operation. The Rideau Regional Centre, a sprawling complex on 350 acres, was once the country's largest facility for people with physical and mental disabilities. In the decades leading up to its closure, the Centre became a hotbed for Hepatitis B infections. Allegations of physical, mental, drug and sexual abuses which occurred at the facility led to multi-million-dollar class action lawsuits.

Part of the site then evolved into Shardon Manor, which continued to house some former Rideau Regional Centre patients. In 2013, the Manor was investigated by the CBC for disgraceful conditions. By late last year, the main buildings of the Rideau Regional Centre had become a magnet for Canadian urban explorers.

Shardon Manor currently features service in Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English and French; it appears to be under Chinese ownership or management, and has someone with a Chinese name as main point of contact.

Thus, it seems that this facility was bought up by a Chinese investor to develop special care homes. The CBC report on Shardon Manor's conditions, although from 2013, is an alarming one if the situation has not improved and the novel coronavirus is now spreading through the premises.

ADDENDUM (20 March 2020): Today, at 1 p.m. Eastern, I saw a person face down on the pavement outside the Foodland grocery store in Vankleek Hill, Ontario. I did not confirm whether this was a case of COVID19 or something else.

ADDENDUM (21 March 2020): There is a Website keeping track of all Ontario cases here - its database is here. There was a surge of cases in Ontario on 20 March. The Ontario self-assessment Website is here.

For today, please see and hear media from Italy. Italian government stats are here. An Italian Anon responded to a question about death rates without hospital treatment on 4chan on 9 March 2020:
"I'm afraid those are too scary to reveal. Our patient 1 was a 38yo athlete who needed 14 days of life support and intensive care. This young fit guy would have died otherwise. Lot of people are going to die when the hospitals are full."
