Each night (New York time) through to the end of March, the Met is posting one free performance online to entertain people during the nCov lockdowns:
"During this extraordinary and difficult time, the Met hopes to brighten the lives of our audience members even while our stage is dark. Every day, a different encore presentation from past Live in HD seasons will be made available for free streaming, with each performance available for a period of 20 hours, beginning at 7:30PM EDT. Learn more at metopera.org/operastreams."
A huge thank you to the Met! I will be so happy to see Eugene Onegin this Sunday. In the second week of online broadcasts, 23-29 March 2020, the Met will be showing all of Wagner's major operas.
