ReplyDeleteI hadn't even heard of Howl's Moving Castle, but I recognized Miyazaki's style right away.
I certainly hope that the white dress clad lass in the bottom photo has not gone out without her handbag and shoes…most uncouth and vexing to do so…
ReplyDelete@Livingsword She also looks like she could do with a bowl of hot soup and some eye makeup remover. The picture has a hairy look that happens at the wild edge of English parks that I liked.
ReplyDelete@Infidel - Glad you enjoyed it! I like Howl's Moving Castle's historical elements - the Japanese anime nostalgic version of nineteenth century Europe. Reminds me of Tozo, which I blogged about a few days ago.
ReplyDeleteRather nice sampling of music. I have always been impressed with Yoko Kanno, it seems there is little she cannot do musically.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it Cyc!
