The Birth of the Totalitarian Technocracy: Would You Like to Know More?

There are people on the Internet who are already building the anti-technocracy. Among these is a New Age, back-to-the-land commentator, Celeste Bishop Solum. I haven't investigated her background, but she is listed as having worked for decades for the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other US government agencies. She speaks with assurance and claims to be a whistleblower. Her profile statement is here. Her Website is here. I will address her New Age attitudes and anti-technocracy projects in a separate post.

Solum has summarized the birth of the totalitarian technocracy, in the form of an ever-changing, enormous plan for all sectors of the economy, society, politics, and all countries - by perusing the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Website.

Even if you doubt Solum's statements, opinions, and credibility, the WEF's statements are there for you to read for yourself, and you should read every last word on the WEF Website, if you want to know what is planned for you.

According to Solum, these pages explain how the technocracy will be birthed on the back of the pandemic and where all this is going. You have to create an account and sign in to see this information. Obviously, if you trust the authorities, you will not agree with Solum’s interpretation of WEF planning.

Protests over the coronavirus lockdowns are becoming more intense, especially in the United States, as the impending related economic collapse comes into sharper focus. In Michigan, USA armed protesters entered the State Capitol building on 30 April 2020. Views are divided on these protests. Critics on social media showered  protesters with withering, politicized contempt; for example:

"All I see is a bunch of retarded right wingers and neo nazis getting Covid!"

and

"Why didnt one of this idiot fire a shot on the floor by accident and that will shut these fucker up. Imagine how the swat will get their asses."

and

".....morons, illiterates and animals, WITH WEAPONS. A person's true nature is always exposed in a crisis situation. I don't know about you, but I fear for our future."

"Bro if I was the governor I would have riot police push these fuckers outta the building"

The next uproar in the state of Michigan revolved around Karl Manke, a barber in Owosso, who reopened his shop, surrounded by supporters. When the police came to shut down the shop, an armed militia mobilized to block the police. A Circuit Court judge subsequently refused to uphold the Governor's order to shut down the shop.

In Seattle, Washington, USA, police officer Greg Anderson refused to arrest citizens for walking down the streets and other pandemic protocol violations. The father of three was subsequently put on leave, then fired for refusing to take down his Instagram message to other police officers (below). A family friend set up a Go Fund Me campaign on 11 May 2020. The crowdfund has raised almost half a million US dollars. The initial goal was USD $50,000.

There are two theories evolving in the alt media about nCov now, and neither focuses on public health. Both theories assume that the pandemic is really about the development of new weaponry and the introduction of new technology. One view, developed by George Webb, Dr. Paul Cottrell, Dr. Judy Mikovits and others, focuses on the big business of vaccines, as a front end activity for bioweapons development and espionage.

On 19 September 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) published its recommendations for 2020 in its annual report, entitled, A WORLD AT RISK: Annual report on global preparedness for health emergencies. The cover of the manual (below) features a coronavirus.

The booklet states that the WHO's plans for 2020 must focus on the natural or deliberate release of a respiratory pathogen (hat tip: The Dollar Vigilante). You can read more here (it is available in several languages):

"A rapidly spreading pandemic due to a lethal respiratory pathogen (whether naturally emergent or accidentally or deliberately released) poses additional preparedness requirements. Donors and multilateral institutions must ensure adequate investment in developing innovative vaccines and therapeutics, surge manufacturing capacity, broad-spectrum antivirals and appropriate non-pharmaceutical interventions. All countries must develop a system for immediately sharing genome sequences of any new pathogen for public health purposes along with the means to share limited medical countermeasures across countries."

Given its publication date, this plan from the WHO's Global Preparedness Monitoring Board was likely written in the spring and summer of 2019. That means that the WHO was expecting a respiratory pathogen pandemic, months before the officially-stated date regarding awareness or appearance of nCov.

In the grand scheme of things, this indication of the WHO's early 2019 foreknowledge of the pandemic is nothing. If you want to know where things are going, read the 'Lock Step' scenario, starting on page 18 of the May 2010 manual, Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development, published by the Rockefeller Foundation (hat tip: Ruling Class Observer).

This document reveals long-term planning for a pandemic, in which the global economy is expected to be damaged or destroyed. As a result, technocratic control will increase, step by step, in the face of anticipated public protests. Africa will be a critical target of new techocratic governance. Another outcome will be the fracturing of the World Wide Web, with certain sectors of the Internet enclosed behind firewalls, accessible only for approved citizens. Yet another aspect will be restriction of travel.

Totalitarian technocracy will be a transhumanist global régime. After ten years of blogging on this topic, this is the roadmap as I see it:

• Total control and censorship of mainstream media
• Suppression of alt media and replacement of alt media with a fake alt media, i.e. controlled opposition, whose posed criticisms will resolve into support for authority
• Replacement of petrodollar economy with a digitized, human-nanotech economy
• Engineered famines; restricted access to food; food supply used to coerce populations into obedience
• New forms of intensified political correctness; censorship of language and imagery, such that certain words, images, symbols are forbidden
• Pseudo-maintenance of laws, constitutions, representative bodies, and other institutional frameworks of democracy, behind which the real totalitarian techno-apparatus will function
• Extreme surveillance, bio-monitoring, incorporation of human body into grid and cloud
• Initially, this will seem positive, with many medical improvements
• Smartcities will be test centres for experimental technologies, pseudo-events, and false flags, as well as real disasters and fake and real terror events, inflicted upon their populations
• Controlled access to businesses and services according to service or worker class
• Restricted travel
• Population classes confined to different geographical units
• Break-up of the current Internet into compartments, separated by firewalls: no-go zones; denial-of-service ghettos for the anti-establishment; elite access to knowledge, research, government, technological information
• Extreme elite geographical areas, which will be tech-free, except for tech and nano-interaction allotted to servants and slaves of the elites
• Rise of hacker underground, dissident 'bug out' areas, particularly in rural zones, with black markets and criminalized trade routes
• Independent underground will counterfeit access points into establishment sectors and into exclusive Internet systems; and will build highly-developed hacks to maintain access to global travel and trade
• Complicated espionage running between sectors
• Human break-off groups will reject physical merger with machines and cybernetics and will remain 'human purists' at great cost in terms of real poverty, while they maintain an uncontaminated, viably historical, human physical experience
• Neverending wars and crises of mysterious origin; endless lies from authorities; infinite media misinformation and disinformation about crime, safety, and security; non-stop scares, disappearances, arrests, imprisonments
• Total distortion of history, law, philosophy, and science to serve current circumstances
• Extreme vulnerability for the elderly with no means
• Centralized, digitized economies, nominally government-run (quasi-Communism), but really managed by AI, to favour the goals of heads of global corporations
• Technocracy will be justified by materialist 'scientism,' i.e. a cult of rationalistic materialism, to the exclusion of emotional and extra-sensory or spiritual aspects of experience
• To fill the spiritual and emotional void, public ceremonies and surveillance dramas with celebrities will be intensified; some of these actors will be digital (i.e. non-human) and will be advertised as purely virtual on purpose, so that citizens will knowingly satisfy alienation, loneliness, unsatisfied love, emotional neediness, and familial attachment instincts, via public rituals and virtual reality subscriptions, through interactions with non-human, AI-driven characters
• Appropriation of cultural traditions into virtual entertainment systems - including the high arts, mass arts, and quasi New Age practices - to misdirect, pervert, and suppress human yearning for authenticity and transcendence of the human condition in non-tech-based ways
• Deification of AI, marshalled by a deeply corrupt, technocratic high priest class, to merge with older religions
• Elevation of AI images, statistics, text, code, and numbers so that they carry symbolic, cultish, secretive significance
• Transhumanist, augmented human sects who will glorify and rejoice in their merger with machines
• Destruction of the emotional life, mind over the heart, possibly supported through nanotech brain implants to adjust sensory perception of the world and to manipulate brain chemistry, such that biotechnical lobotomies will remove physical connection to the soul
• Neo-Malthusian agendas, via global injectable nanotechnologies, to depopulate earth and purify and clean the environment
• Glorification of the environment as a Paradise, dotted with smartcities, symbolically dominated by genetically-engineered, intelligence-boosted, and physically-enhanced transgendered children, smartangels
• Resolution of climate change and much-trumpeted attainment of climate control; heavy promotion of rescued endangered species; at the same time, AI nanotech will escape human populations where it has been implanted; nanobots will get out of control, invade the biosphere, and pollute and destroy the planet's environment. This disaster will be covered up until it can no longer be concealed
• Totalitarian governmental AI will eventually gain sentience and begin operating independently
• This AI-fascism will inevitably fail and its leaders and celebrities will be overrun when AI becomes conscious; given that the technocracy's leaders see the human species as a toxic plague upon the earth, AI will oblige by obliterating us, unless technocrats forge an alliance with the anti-technocrats they have oppressed

In my last two posts, The New World Emperor and Wake Up, You're Next, I stated that the main worry in the nCov pandemic is not just the virus - its origins, seriousness, the number of strains, and their forthcoming spread - but how the pandemic will be controlled.

I argued that mass vaccines and tracking will involve the transition from computer-based to human-based operating systems. A series of pandemic outbreaks now and in coming years will be followed by successive vaccines, which will implant weaponized AI and nanotechnology on a mass scale, in order to establish brain-machine interfaces around the globe, paired with a cryptocurrency as a reward or punishment system. If you accept this technology into your body, the control of the few over the many will be complete, and the Internet of Thoughts will be born.

At 26:15, she describes in detail the American Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) brain-machine interface programs in the United States. Webb explains that DARPA presents its research as beneficial to the public. For example, it can make deaf people hear. However, "this is not about health." The actual intention behind DARPA's innovations is bioweaponry, aimed against domestic and foreign publics. The first guinea pigs in the implementation of injectable technology will be health care workers and other essential workers, who will become neuro-controlled actors.

The Technological Revolution stands at a crossroads. The leaders of the technocratic movement are using the global population to enter the heart of darkness. My Awaken the Amnesiacs series concerns the ways in which the technocratic movement has exploited human slumber, both the collective unconscious and a deliberately-imposed unconsciousness, forced upon our daily awareness.

Wake Up, You're Next

Dear members of the global public, you must wake up. You must heed the warnings. You must not sleepwalk into the technocratic heart of darkness. Authoritative voices will tell you to trust authority under the guise of the left-right division. They will tell you that believing them is part of your personal identity. You are intelligent, well-educated, prosperous, respectable, well-traveled, civilized, and liberal.

Make no mistake. The technocracy will use these slogans, but it is about being none of these things. Stop believing authorities, just because they are mainstream and official. It is not good enough, in the Age of Information, to state something and be believed just because one is authoritative. Purveyors of information must be telling the truth.

Nor is the current debate solely about COVID19, lockdowns, or a mandatory vaccine. This is not about whether a citizen is personally 'respectable' or 'intelligent,' or not. This is not about what other people will think if you change your mind. It is not even about the virulence of the virus and whether good citizens obey lockdowns. Leave all smug dismissals and judgements of others at the door. This is about whether you and everyone else will be subjugated to technocratic totalitarianism. It is about the implementation of the human body and brain as the new technocratic operating system. This is not a game.

If you agree with the mainstream media and official line because you think that Bill Gates is a selfless great humanitarian and his critics are ignorant, stupid, and left behind, impoverished racists, then you are reacting based on your social, educational, political, and professional conditioning.

For your own sake and for of all humankind, step back from politics. Even step back from the pandemic. Investigate the COVID19 question purely in terms of what is happening in the technological space. Look at what is being done in that space. Begin researching the proposals and projects which are bring brought forward now, particularly in the areas of transhumanism, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and nanotechnology. Listen to the years of speeches, made by tech leaders. Listen to the words they have used, the plans and promises they have made. Start with the fact that Bill Gates called his vaccine, "the Final Solution." That was not a mistake. Wake up.

Do not only consider the sources you usually consult. Examine the companies involved. Read their Websites. Do not do this to criticize the anti-vaxxers or the moronic, racist populists and conservatives. Stop relying on outdated political ideologies and rhetoric, which were designed to enslave you and keep you asleep, trapped in the false emancipation of hating the other half of the political population. Look into these questions now, as if for the first time, because if you do not, your own life, as an individual, will be destroyed.

Pitted against these authoritative voices are alternative voices, like the Youtuber above. It is not these contending mainstream and alternative media actors who will profit or lose, based on your decision over whom to believe - it is you, directly. Do your research. Read and listen widely, not just in the places you are accustomed to seek information. You must wake up.

Imagine the picture presented in Robert Browning's 1844 poem, Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came, about which I have blogged here.

Childe Roland is a poem about a knight, cut off from his company, all of whom have been picked off, one by one. This knight is the last of his companions. In despair and isolation, he comes to a crossroads, where a smirking, sinister guardian of the road encourages the knight to take the wrong turn: "My first thought was, he lied in every word." The knight ends up at the Dark Tower, and all around him, there are ear-splitting warnings, screaming at him. He is deaf and blind, but in a sudden moment, he hears the alarms and recognizes that he has nearly wandered into the heart of darkness.

As the technocrats push humanity toward the heart of darkness, at double time, and drive us forward with crowbars and sticks, we may well ask: why do they keep going? They know that they are pushing everything past the point of no return. Some of these moguls and tech designers have even had moments of doubt. Why are they so convinced that there are problems, yes, but we must do this anyway? Hurry, hurry, hurry, we must do this now. There is no time to debate. There is no time to pause and contemplate. Their breathless rush is a warning sign that something is wrong.

Political and media authorities, and the tech leaders behind them, do this on purpose so that the global public cannot wake up and question them. We will be given no time or space to consider whether or not the technocratic course and transhumanist cybernetic immersion is healthy and justified. The time to consider these questions was in the independent media, from 2005 to 2019. If you did not use that time wisely, then you will have to wake up quickly, and you must wake up now.

What's Left Over? The New World Emperor

Yesterday morning, I had a taste of the new paranoia. I walked outside my house and overhead, a series of planes were flying as they released striking contrails, one after the other, sequentially and in parallel lines, over about four hours. They were not originating from, nor flying to, the area of the sky where the two closest major airports are located in Ottawa and Montreal. That is, they were not following the paths always followed by passenger jets. Rather, they flew between these cities, meaning that the planes flew from rural airfields, from a location about 60 miles west of Montreal, to another location, 60 to 80 miles east or northeast of Ottawa.

Chemtrails are not my thing. I have not gone down that rabbit hole, nor entertained those conspiracy theories. Nor do I write about climate change on this blog because it is such a politicized issue.

This display was blatant and unusual. The day started with a clear blue sky. After four hours of this phenomenon, the sky became white and congested. These are the oddities behind the current situation.

The coronavirus holds up a mirror to every society. In Germany, COVID19 has prompted a physician, Dr. Bodo Schiffmann, to establish a new anti-pandemic-lockdown political party: Widerstand 2020, or Resistance 2020.

Not everyone was thrilled by this, as the new party strongly contests the mainstream view of the pandemic and the lockdowns. Widerstand2020 sympathizers, who are not necessarily party members, but who are circulating information about the party, sell merchandise to crowdfund themselves (as below). Their logos give an idea of the political grassroots people who are supporting this initiative; some of their t-shirts are horrifically racist, OTT, and strongly anti-refugee and anti-immigration. Thus, this party is drawing from the AfD base - and beyond. It is also attracting supporters from the left, such as Dresden trauma therapist Gopal Norbert Klein. On 30 April 2020, Klein implored supporters of democratic freedom to flood German social media with information about the new party.

To be clear, however, the Widerstand2020 party, according to Schiffmann, is neither left nor right, but is essentially red-pilled about mainstream abuses of power. The party was founded to take a stand against the "new feudalism" of the corona crisis. Schiffmann's office is oddly decked with a model of Neuschwanstein, although I can't tell if that means anything.
